Before the new installation, the roof had a worn-out turtle vent and a makeshift repair using black tape placed on top of the shingles. This unprofessional approach compromised the roof’s appearance and efficiency, making it more prone to leaks and moisture buildup.

The previous installation featured an improperly applied sealant underneath the tape, which failed to provide an adequate barrier against moisture, increasing the likelihood of roof deterioration. Properly sealed installations are essential to prevent long-term damage and to ensure efficiency.

During this stage, we focus on removing only the damaged sections, ensuring that the unaffected areas remain intact. This careful approach helps maintain the roof’s overall integrity and prevents unnecessary material replacement.
